Before becoming Treaty Software, the company (its people and founders) had walked many roads, traversing the software development industry.

First, the folks at Treaty were part of ActionPoint Software Development which was founded in 2005. ActionPoint was an award-winning software development company. They created and implemented high-profile software development projects for the country of Ireland, innovated and modernized legacy systems for Aerospace and Commercial Real Estate companies in the United States, and much, much more.

In 2022 ActionPoint was acquired by Viatel Technology. Then in 2024, it was mutually agreed between the now founders of Treaty Software and Viatel Technology to spin off the software division into a free-standing entity…and we are so glad they did.

Treaty Software has retained all of the knowledge, much of the talent, and nearly all of the software development clients from ActionPoint and the Viatel software division.

Now, at Treaty Software, our capabilities have expanded so that we are more agile, more hands-on with our clients, business forward, and socially conscious.
